Pros
The schedule team tries to give notice with all the schedule changes, and remain flexible. The BCBAs are responsive to feedback and provide clarification when needed The kiddos are great and definitely make this job more rewarding. Feedback is specific and aimed at improving sessions instead of just to give more goals. They’re multiple overlaps provided, so you have plenty of opportunities to receive help when needed. I saw my supervisors at this company more than any other company l had worked at. Gift cards are offered consistently.
Cons
The owners and some BCBAs have dual relationships with clients which makes your job harder. It’s a he/she said environment. So any ‘feedback’ is given in a it happened type of way and you’re liable unless you are a supervisor. In that case congrats on being a supervisor. Constant client/ schedule changes. Management pretends they are actively listening and will make the changes, however the changes do not actually come. Transparency is also a struggle with this company. The pay is lower than most other companies for this position.
