Pros
Relatively easy job. It's straight forward and not hard to catch on. Gaining relationships with the kids and families are wonderful, co-workers for the most part are great.
Cons
Corporate doesn't seem to care about their employees and wether or not we're okay or overworked. Emphasizes more enrollment of children even though there is clearly not enough staff, but hey, they're not in the classrooms, it doesn't matter. Pay isn't great for the time and effort you do put in and we're not allowed to make more than the center director, so if your center director doesn't have a degree and doesn't qualify to make a larger amount, you don't get to make more even though YOU have a degree.
