Pros
You will get exposed to some interesting concepts and software (various control panels), no phone call support work (very good!), Christmas bonus is good, catered food once a month is a nice perk and the rotating 2-day on/2-day off schedule can be nice to get stuff done during M-F on off days.
Cons
Overpriced benefits (however deductible is okay), can't really move upwards even if you want to, many weird coworkers mixed in with (sadly) fewer decent ones, nepotism in most of the top Birmingham management jobs (and these people will likely never, ever leave so you better love them ALL). High turnover among new hires too, which is telling. Training is abysmal (they can never figure it out, so people quit quickly and usually without notice). If you can, look elsewhere (it's not the worst place ever, but not a long-term job for most people). Lastly, you better fit in with key people if you plan to stay for years. They also don't let most employees work remote, despite everything being internet-based.
