-micro managers -impossible deadlines -inept engineers -zero accountability -constant scapegoating by management -horrible communication standards Don’t join this company. There are many more opportunities out there that will cultivate your talent & actually appreciate the work you do. You will be micro managed to death, as everyone is on constantly on edge. Their infrastructure is a mess & there is no shortage of fires being put out. When issues arise or somebody screws up (esp mgmt), there is no accountability. You’re expected to smile & take it in stride. Documentation is also a joke, as most information is in the heads of a handful of employees who have been there for years. If they’re not around, too busy or just don’t feel like it, then you’re SOL. And if any of them leave, this company will fall apart. What a wonderful house of cards they’ve built.
