      Poor pay, your every move is on camera, all they care about is money. No room for growth.

      Cons

      Management does not care about the employees. Most employees never get a raise if you do it’s at a rate less than what they hire new employees. They lie and are sneaky. If you don’t sell their “optional” products they find a replacement for you.
