The company led by CEO Selvarajan Balasubramaniam targets individuals without prior experience and often fails to provide offer letters upfront. Even when offer letters are provided, resignations are not allowed, regardless of pending salaries and lack of increments. Employees face mental torture and are subjected to a notice period of three months without pay. Settlements are promised within 40 to 50 days but are rarely delivered, even after years of waiting. Additionally payslips are not provided and even basic employment records are withheld from many employees. Despite deductions for provident fund (PF) being added to payslips for some employees, the money is not transferred from the company account to the PF account. Moreover, there's a concerning pattern of threatening messages from the CEO and the so called management , suggesting repercussions such as sabotaging background verifications for those who attempt to leave. This coercive behavior adds another layer of fear and uncertainty for employees. Caution to every one who is thinking of joining this company of this sorts. It's essential to emphasize that speaking out may appear as a mere rant, but the stakes involve one's career and well-being. Girls be extra careful.

No projects. They fool u and CEO is very irresponsible person. He doesn't even have this thought to have one on one with the employee. He just fire PPL randomly giving reasons like performance. Well if that is the case , i was told i perform well the day before i was fired. This is not a rant because i m fired. It wasn't just me. Many aspirants who were looking for job were fired randomly. He wasted our time. Don't rant about only the amount of money u wasted on three months for PPL who u fire later. It's also our time and experience wasted which is probably more important than money. This company is so shady. They delete negative reviews. They don't know how to take criticism. Before taking such critical decisions like firing and wasting employees and job aspirants time, shouldnt he have one on one. ? U don't get to just hire PPL if u don't have projects. Cheap PPL!!
