Pros
Extremely fun environment when you have the right people (or people at all). The benefits can be very nice and extra perks offered. Medical insurance is wonderful and when you have the right leadership, you really feel like you can get somewhere. My star ratings are skewed because things were once amazing and somewhere I bragged about working. The senior level management has been amazing and were always very hands on, but I fear they are not seeing the whole picture as to what is happening. I have truthfully never approved of a CEO or other C-level management more and don't wish to see the company struggle. This is a place that someone could easily grow in, but not its current state.
Cons
All it takes is one bad manager and nobody willing to listen. Extreme turnover has happened in CS and this has led to select loyal employees being overworked and undervalued. A yearly raise should be standard at minimum, as loyalty is clearly something to be coveted here. Employees work to keep these clients happy everyday and work ourselves to the point of burnout and then get told we do not deserve additional compensation for literal triple the amount of work. High paid employees get laid off so underpaid employees can pick up the slack with no additional benefits or compensation. Employees reach out to higher ups to discuss issues and try to avoid looking for somewhere else, but get shot down. We are trying to tell you in so many ways how close we are to the breaking point and nobody wants to listen. Good and loyal employees are going to leave and new employees are going to be left with nothing....if they stay at all. We want to stay for the work culture we once had and loved and were promised. If it continues, in little time, certain departments will be nothing but brand new employees and their overworked team leads. There are too many clients and too little employees and the days are spent on constant phone calls apologizing for not getting a million things done at once. The core values are no longer being upheld as they once were so well.
