Pros
Learned a couple things but wasn't allowed to learn anywhere near as much as I wanted too. I did a REALLY good job there, reducing shrink, figuring out how some things work, and building a great team.
Cons
No support from direct leadership. They sit on the computer all day and talk all day. If you need support with physical tasks it won't happen.
No work/life balance. Definitely discriminatory decisions made by leadership as far as myself and my team went.
Technology is outdated if even existing. Therefore extremely inefficient management of time and waste of money for no good reason.
