The pay and different work hours were decent.

This company gives off a caring impression to those who join the group, but that will quickly dissipate when higher ups make mistakes that then cause the employees to suffer. From team leaders blatantly yelling out warnings or public embarrassment to those who have misdialed to forcing 15+ people into redundancy two weeks before Christmas. They have no shame in showing themselves after your initial interview. Will blame you for leads hanging up or declining service, even though you have no control over the leads actions.

Some of the greatest people i've met in a job. Bonuses are manageable. Both owners, all management and seniors take time out to help you with help and progression if need be.
