Pros

The pay and different work hours were decent.

Cons

This company gives off a caring impression to those who join the group, but that will quickly dissipate when higher ups make mistakes that then cause the employees to suffer. From team leaders blatantly yelling out warnings or public embarrassment to those who have misdialed to forcing 15+ people into redundancy two weeks before Christmas. They have no shame in showing themselves after your initial interview. Will blame you for leads hanging up or declining service, even though you have no control over the leads actions.

Pros

Some of the greatest people i've met in a job. Bonuses are manageable. Both owners, all management and seniors take time out to help you with help and progression if need be. Everyone knows their role to keep the cogs turning. Whether your 18 or 50 this business caters for all. Great incentives. Parking is okay. Table tennis, foosball are both free to use during breaks/lunches. Fitness fridays (Hour PT session with a qualified PT) in the office to increase people's mental and physical health, this is a huge bonus for anyone trying to greater themselves whilst having fun at work! Not far from Trenchers (best salad in whiteley) The business is only going to get bigger and better. I look forward to the journey.

Cons

Can get pretty cold in the office. Lack of responsibility in the kitchen regarding cleaning. People need to pull together a bit more and help out where needed.
