Toxic Wasteland - Senior Manager League Employee Review

Nobody knows what's going on at this company. They change what they're doing every 5 minutes and have no strategy and zero culture. I couldn't tell you, after working there, what exactly their product is and what they're selling - not even sure they know. It's such a toxic place where everyone is trying to impress the CEO and senior leadership team who do not care about anything other than their paycheques. Every time they hire a new batch of people, it's always because there was a huge round of layoffs momentarily before then - there's no loyalty to working there and people live in fear of the "next round of layoffs", job security doesn't exist here.
