      The environment is very friendly and productive. Freshers got lots of opportunities to explore. New technologies can be implemented without any concern. Direct interaction with the clients.

      Cons

      Salary structure and management is not precise. Policies are not being followed as per the guidelines.

      1.Start up so huge scope of learning in agile and process.

      1.Some people plays politics in company, dont focus on work 2.If you are leaning new technology and sharing the knowledge with other colleagues comapany will not take that part in consideration while appraisal. 3.Even if you are putting your 100% they will want you to do 200%
