To protect the privacy of all tutors and families, we don’t discuss individual performance matters publicly. However, we can share how our review process works:
- Tutors are not paused for a single issue. Decisions are based on multiple indicators over time, including student progress, client feedback, session reliability, and communication patterns.
- Performance standards apply equally to all tutors, regardless of subject area or time on the platform.
- Tutors are never removed from their current students unless the tutor or family requests it. We support continued work with existing students and ensure a smooth transition only when requested.
We value the work our tutors do and the impact they have on students’ learning. As our company continues to grow, we remain committed to supporting educators who demonstrate professionalism, consistency, and strong student outcomes.
