No opportunities for Australians to move into senior positions - Manager Legrand Employee Review

Unfortunately many senior positions are nor given to Australian citizens, but to people flown in from France (or other countries) for a few years. They don't speak great English and don't even try to understand the Australian culture and way of working. No flexibility at all - working from home is a big no-no. No trust in employees.
