      Nice yearly bonus, paid conferences.

      Cons

      - Slow or inexistent career growth, little to no pay increase. - The smart working contract is almost half month days from home and the other half in the office. It is very strict, there is little to no space to negotiate more days from home, unless you have kids. - The company agreements for discounts are not always applied. All is left to the will of the company or agency selling the service/product.
