      Pros

      During my time at Level 10 I was always treated well. The company is run by a hard-working group of people who focus on providing the best service possible for our customers. We try to encourage each other day-to-day. Highly recommended.

      Cons

      Could use a pay increase. Give more responsibility to those who have earned it.

      Look at the reviews and see how unbalanced they are. 1 star reviews followed immediately by a 5 star review with limited context. These are fake reviews to keep their ratings up. The employee best places work reviews are all internal survey monkeys and are fake as well. Stay away unless you want to do the work of 3 people, deal with a million process changes without structure, micromanagement, and develop health problems.... If fake reviews need to created on Glassdoor, imagine the culture. YOU WERE WARNED. READ THE PRIOR REVIEWS.
