Pros

good one XD good job if you do not like youe life

Cons

Avoid this workplace. The environment is disorganised, poorly managed, and built on unequal workload distribution where a small number of employees are expected to carry the majority of physically demanding tasks while others face no accountability. Management behaviour is unprofessional and, at times, openly disrespectful. Issues raised are ignored rather than addressed, and there is a clear lack of basic standards when it comes to fairness, communication, and employee treatment. Operationally, the store runs inefficiently, with constant disruptions that make it difficult to complete assigned duties. Staff misuse time, while pressure is placed on those who actually work. There are also concerns regarding workplace hygiene and equipment standards. The overall experience was physically exhausting and mentally draining, ultimately forcing me to leave for health reasons. This is not a healthy or sustainable working environment.

Pros

Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

Cons

Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
