      - Relatively lean structure (less reporting complexity) + Full remote working - Good benefits (comprehensive insurance, unlimited leave etc >> viewable on their official website) - Competitive salary/ package - Lots of All Hands/ retreats (opportunity for you to feel 'global')

      Cons

      - Career progression structure took a long time to get clarity though eventually there was a slightly clearer picture - Depending on upper reporting, there's a late-working culture for certain teams

      Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and willing to discuss ideas regardless of who you are. Great inclusive culture from the top down
