      Pros

      Great company with massive potential to succeed. Excellent culture, benefits, staff. The company really takes care of their employees, from new hire training to commuter benefits, nothing is off the table if it increases employee happiness.

      Cons

      I'm not a fan of the process when people leave the company. For some reason, "Transparent" is one of the company's values, but when people depart Liftoff, management tends to keep it hidden.

      Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and willing to discuss ideas regardless of who you are. Great inclusive culture from the top down
