Pros
- Senior (non exec) management geuinely seem to care about their people and to look after them - good benifit package - nice people to work with - not as crazy busy at banking but still good financial services job with decent pay
Cons
- old fasioned ways of working - antiquated tech estate makes Change complex - currently TUPE'ing change function to Accenture - poor career progression (largely due to actually being a relatively small enterpise)
