      Pros

      Flexible work hours each week. Stable. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      You have to brown nose and play politics to be noticed and advance. Slow promotion timeline. Coworkers talk behind one anothers backs, and favoritism is rampant. Have to stay in the office until all hours are worked, even if you complete your tasks early. You cannot have your phone on you. No windows. Dated technology and equipment.

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
