      - Flexible Work Hours - Exposure to the latest tech in AWS, PG, etc. - Decent leave privileges - Great work environment for tech-oriented young folks.

      Cons

      - Small company, fewer people to pass work to if you want to go on holiday (or no one at all!) - Some company systems are WIP (i.e. HR).
