      Pros

      If you don't have much seniority here - you'll be fine. If you must work with the senior leadership and/or the CEO - good luck.

      Cons

      Honestly, the animals are far better behaved than the members of the leadership team (especially the CEO). Someone warned me about this issue when I first started - but I didn't think much of it. Now however, I feel I must pass the message along to future staff.

      Pros

      The team I worked with was dedicated and had a great work ethic. All programs are thought out very well. You get to work in a mix of classroom and outdoor teaching.

      Cons

      Some travel programs were very far away (upwards of 1 hour drive one way), so this made for long days. You do get compensated for all travel during work though.
