      Pros

      It's a good company, a bit of an old-school culture, but stable. If the salary were a little higher, I think I could stay with this company for a long time.

      Cons

      Has mandatory benefits, but didn't have the fancy benefits like Overseas Company Trips, BU party, etc.

      Pros

      Nice society, a lot of things to learn, good additional pay (OT, standby for service, etc.), everybody is glad to help you in your job.

      Cons

      Too much focused on the company's revenue that took too much pressure to the employee whom doesn't involved about it.
