Workforce abuse - Field Archaeologist MOLA Employee Review

Disgusting work culture. No work life balance. The company demands you work to unrealistic deadlines in very difficult conditions due to their continuous underbudgeting of projects. The pay is abysmal and their is very little career progression. There is a severe culture of bullying and favouritism. The company pushes you to work to the point of near injury and then you'll be made redundant or let go because upper management have caused the company financial problems and you pay the price whilst they stay on with big salaries. Why work hard for a company that wouldn't think twice to chuck you out without even thinking about it.
