      A good way to get entry-level experience in caregiving and PCA work.

      Cons

      Unreliable scheduling, lack of transparency, and inconsistent and erroneous communication. Promised hours were not met for months, directly causing a financial crisis, which initiated a housing crisis, which led to a health crisis, There appeared to be a pattern of assigning roles that did not align with qualifications.

      Pros

      Worked with Liz who really helped me through the process of signing up and then immediately had interviews lined up for me. They really want to get to know what you are looking for in an employer to help find a good role for you. These are the people to be honest with on what you like, don't like, and what type of environment you work well in.
