      Pros

      Great healthcare, Nice office and friendly people. Generous benefits in vacation time and holiday bonuses generally. The expectations for work on the operations team is clear and for the most part well organized.

      Cons

      CEO is a little old fashioned (little opportunity for remote work and office attire is traditional). Operations team is inconsistent with the expectations set for their employees.
