      Pros

      Easy work, brand sells itself, not much in the way of having to close your own deals.

      Cons

      Management makes you feel like your stupid for some reason, especially when they cant seem to be clear in what they need or want. Its the usual bull you get working at a dealership. Wouldnt stop me from working at another one.

      Pros

      new building....nice co-workers. you get some weekends off.

      Cons

      Located in a horrible area, Where you fill up gas is full of crime. Almost got robbed. The worst part is the Pay plan. Starting at 11% gross which is horrible it's normally 25% anywhere else you need to sell 25 cars in order to get that... there is money there but you need to sell add ons and other products.
