Pros
The kids are all young, typically ages 2 - 6 so just a fun age to work with.
Cons
The staff there are pretty average or below average. Most of the staff are just doing it just because it's a job and not because of their love for kids or their love for kids with special needs. The manager is very nice but not super involved.
