      Clothes, Discount, large organization, expansion.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic management. Not ethical, super inappropriate. Lots of turnover. You can't work your way up unless you worked with the management before, and they got you in.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
