Pros
The Austin office had some good moments, but the overall experience was tough to swallow. If you are still learning, it's easy to mask and use mistakes as lessons learned. Minimal to no issues with the younger staff, primarily unresolved issues between the leadership team. Might as well keep handing out those job titles.
Cons
The collaborative environment was one of several missing links among the leadership team. Poor project planning and execution lead to many unresolved issues. Some odd arrangements were not discussed or conducive to a team environment. Accountability is only used when a particular individual is “wronged” but is not utilized for past performance, leading to a sense of favoritism.
