Smokers get to smoke anytime they won't to but non smokers has to beg to go to the bathroom Poor management and HR you tell them something personal it will be all over the plant. No open door policy Supervisors leave the work to team leaders while they set in office play on the internet making good money. don't work yourself to death for a promotion. You will not get it unless your there buddies not seniority here already got the person pick out who they won't
