Pros
It's a small company with a great team who are invested in the idea that understanding people is the best way to make great products and services. The company is fully remote, reasonably flexible, and challenging without being cutthroat. There is a good sense of cohesion even though we are all over the place. Learning new things is promoted and supported.
Cons
We don't come together in-person as a team as much as I'd like, and I hope to see that change as we grow.
