      Great modern teaching hospital with good staff resources

      Busy, understaffed at times in all areas especially nursing. Difficulty in retaining Irish trained nurses.

      -Annual leave/leave entitlements -Professional development entitlements -Diversity of clients -Clinical experience

      -Management didn't understand what I did in my niche job. -Extremely overworked, 8 hour shifts often would work 12-14hrs to get everything done.
