      took half a year to get an interview, the process is very slow.

      the HR is very nice and explain their daily job very well, you can ask many questions regarding your application.

      Flexible time off, inclusive culture, autonomy in role, great pay and benefits

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth on a small consulting team. Time sheet process was atrocious but perhaps it’s improved since I left.
