- overworked & severely under paid.. they expect you to work several different markets with up to about 30+ patients - forced to do things outside of your job scope & if you complain theyll tell you it is your job - we merged with Dispatch Health & lost pretty much all benefits like tuition reimbursement and paid medical benefits, unlimited PTO - pay has been severely decreased for new hires expect them to low ball you
