I worked for almost a year in lead role. Good points - - Good techincal team - Good clients - Latest technologies - Engaged Offshore mgmt.
Cons
- I was very excited to join menlo with some tough rounds of interviews including with India head, but after that it was disappointing experience. Micro management from US managers who think only they can do everything right. - I did not work with directly with delivery manager but rest of team who work with him are very demoralized. In fact they want to leave the company becuase of this. - CEO is good and tries to motivate, same cannot be said of the rest of US mgmt. There are few employees who have been working for several years, but currently there is no scope for growth. Every small mistake is highlighted to the extent that you feel insulted.
