Cons
If you're curious about hands on experience on the cloud and you're not in one of the platform teams, you'll be disappointed, as in MeLi a PaaS hides the implementation of queues, jobs, databases, caches... Etc On call is a reality and you will have to be available.. anyway is super well organized
