      - Processes sometimes differ between groups. However, leadership are working towards common flow that doesn't get in the way of each teams' productivity.

      Great direct management, team culture, growth opportunities. great worklife balance. The people are what makes this work so enjoyable.

      Cons

      The larger japanese company is the boss after all. US team switches up working structure & company priorities & strategies very frequently based on direction from japan team.
