      Non-manager employees are good to work with.

      Cons

      Job insecurity. At least 1 employee get fired or leave the company each month just because senior managers don't like them. Some gets fired within a month. This is very serious.

      They expect a lot from people and to complete crazy deadlines. They really don’t value people and the efforts people make
