Meridian became more concerned with companies bottom line rather than the employees that help spin the yarn to gold. Recent changes do not align with values. Promotes an "in the waka" mindset but had no hesitation kicking everyone out it. Removed flexibility making it difficult for working parents to have healthy work life balance. Removed the need for experts in technical/operational spaces that help support the business to make informed decisions around health and safety,
