Many Downsides: * They claim big things while interviewing, while once you on-board, you found your profile is not there at all * No even basic facilities in the company, even for small things like mouse or data card, you have to wait for 6 months * Torn of beg-packs, didn't get replace even after 6 months * Biggest, If you leave company even after serving more than your notice period, they deduct lot of money for different Things saying it is in some xyz policy, even you didn't sign any such document * very unfriendly mgmt * They lay off people just like that within 2 months of joining without any perks
