Honestly most of the associates were great to work with. They would be willing to give you the shirt off their back to help.
Cons
The pay is absolutely awful, if you think you deserve a raise for going above and beyond then forget about it. Management with make you jump through hoops until you eventually give up and become disgruntled. Once you become disgruntled, they will try their best to make your life miserable. SR Managers and HR are partners and will stop at nothing to ruin you. They preach a safe work environment, but the second something breaks down they could care less if you do the job safe. They just want it fixed. Plain and simple. I do not recommended working at Metallus. It’s not Timken/TimkenSteel anymore, it’s just a terrible mistake in your career.
