Pros
Close knit office, good environment, great management, hands-on training, lots of rental connections and listings throughout Manhattan. Overall a great company for beginners or experienced agents that are looking to work on Manhattan rentals. FYI- If you know what you are doing in the sales market, you will be provided with the support and material to do so.
Cons
Expected to work from the office, no part-time options, not the most presentable office space for clientele, constantly monitored - but its a good thing for newer agents that need the push and help.
