Pros

Managers care about their employees. When it's slow you generally do not have much to do other than cleaning. Allows us to close before the restaurant actually closes.

Cons

Extremely fast paced and could get very cramped and hectic. No real teamwork, no one will help you out. Scheduling can be weird at times, also pay period ends on a Saturday and new one starts Sunday.
