      Parking at site is free

      Cons

      Salaries are poor compared with Industry standard. Lots of staff turnover Young, inexperienced staff sent out to do full audits without supervision. Very male dominated culture, not inclusive for women especially young women.

      Pros

      I worked at Milne Craig as part of the audit graduate scheme. Very good support throughout, gained a very good grounding of general accountancy and audit.

      Cons

      Pay at the time wasn’t great although understand this has gone up a fair bit since.
