Lack of Organizational Management Knowledge - Specialist Milsoft Software Technologies Employee Review

Milsoft was a good company to start a new career, to learn best practices, to gain professional morale aspect in the past. But SSB aka Islamic Government took over the management. They do whatever they want and hire whoever they want to work together at the end. They have no idea about software industry culture. They will continue to lose good engineers. This is sad.
