Pros
The team of analysts I work with is excellent. They demonstrate a high level of professionalism and collaboration. There is also a relationship of trust with leadership, which gives us the autonomy to work effectively.
Cons
Although the company makes efforts, there are differences in job roles across regions. There is no clear perspective for growth or a defined career development plan. The leaderships I have contact with would benefit from further development to become stronger, more effective leaders.
