      Pros

      Working at Mission Edge is an amazing experience. The people who work there are kind, caring, and smart. They atmosphere is very relaxed and mature. In addition to that, the company is growing and new projects are constantly becoming available.

      Cons

      The teams are fairly siloed and there is minimal cross collaboration. In addition, you need to set your own goals and execute on them. There is not a competitive environment that is going to push hard for you to grow. However, if you have your own drive to do so there is a lot of room for you to blossom - which I have found in my experience!

      Pros

      The people are the best. It is the best part of the job, from leadership down to new hires. It is the core of the company. Everyone is so. friendly and ready to help with both feet. I have never experienced such an organization that genuinely cares about its people. They also never use the term "we are family." I like that they don't sell anyone on the company or roles.

      Cons

      I can't say there are any cons to this place.
