Really relaxing atmosphere, flat organization, high flexibility projects and working hour.
Free recreation events for employees from time to time.
Can easily feel the caring and respect from management. Highly recommend.
Cons
Sometimes engineer needs to deal with UI design, but I think it is a common drawback to any small startup company.
