I wouldn't have given this 1 star if I hadn't seen 3 reviews from members of the company that have clearly been asked to try and balance out the numbers because they're struggling to hire. This sums up Mob's style; digging for data that suits them, asking employees to write good reviews to help boost their reputation, and lacking the foresight to avoid the issue in the first place.
My experience at mob was a 3 star experience. SLT constantly pivoted their priorities, failed to listen to other members of the company, rarely did things by the book, and unceremoniously laid off teams when they decided to go in a new direction. Mob has unfortunately done irreparable damage to it's reputation within the industry.
There are the 'old' mob employees, and the 'new' mob employees. If you are part of the former, your role and the way you are treated are guaranteed to be positive. However, find yourself in the latter and it's a 50/50 chance whether your personality blends with them and they accept you into their clique.
